Andrew Hosay brings twenty three years of experience in the combined fields of Aging and Reverse Mortgages to his current position as a Reverse Mortgage Consultant. He worked for over fourteen years at the Capital Area Agency on Aging in Richmond Virginia,helping seniors remain independent and active in their homes. He was also in charge of the Agency's HUD Reverse Mortgage Counseling Program.
In 1999, Andrew began his current career helping seniors to obtain reverse mortgages. His background in the aging field provides an added awareness of the issues faced by today's seniors. Over the last ten years, he has watched the Reverse Mortgage Loan Program grow markedly in popularity and have a very positive impact on the lives of many area seniors.
